Total Body Conditioning Class
- Students are FREE
- Faculty and Staff: small fee: $8/class and can pay at end of session in December
- ALL levels welcome

- Modifications made to adapt to all levels of fitness
Class Description: 45 minutes of a multi-level workout incorporating strength, light cardio and core in one workout. Using stability balls, resistance bands and weights (plus a few other surprises), this class will boost your energy for the rest of the day! Â This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels and is coached with lots of modifications when needed.
